Order Cancellations: As each order is prepared and hand-selected shortly after purchase, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement. Once the crafting process has commenced, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Shipping Liability & Address Accuracy: Crystal Lite is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit by Australia Post. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout; we are unable to redirect packages or provide refunds for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
