Kit Contains:
This stunning Smudge Kit contains an Abalone Shell also known as Paua Shell (to catch ash from the smudge stick) a White Sage Bundle (the smudge stick that you burn) and a Palo Santo Stick (that you also burn at the end). 
* Note: Each shell is unique and may vary in colour, size, shape and is approx 15cm. Sage Bundle is approx 10cm. 
4 Elememts:
The items within the smudge kit represent the four elements- the shell is for water, the dried sage is for Earth, the smoke is for air and the lit sage represents fire.
My Personal Method: 
You start by setting your intention, ie. To clear the space of anything that does not serve your highest good, light your Sage smudge stick and walk room to room smudging as you go paying particular attention to any corners or dark places where you may "feel" that the energy is heavier or may be trapped and make your way through the house. You then douse your smudge stick either in salt, Earth or sand or by rubbing the lit end out in your abalone shell. Open windows and doors to create airflow and release the smoke and any energies you have cleared and light your Palo Santo stick with the intention of what you wish to bring into your space, ie. Peace, prosperity and positivity and walk through from room to room wafting the smoke from the Palo Santo as you go.
